How do Indian men perceive white foreign women and what is the root?

Malaysia is not a decent country either. As a Malaysian of Indian origin, I've been sexually harassed multiple times by local men and boys.
Like said in the Reddit thread, men in this region think foreign white women will sleep with anyone because they're sexually liberal. So, they don't have any qualms to do as they please with white women visiting their country, including rape like what happened to the Spanish biker lady in Dumka, Jharkhand. Porn is one reason. But how are white women portrayed in songs in Indian movies?
The white women melt on the lead male, often, scantily clad, doing suggestive moves. When these guys watch such songs in movies, the thought that white women are easy reinforces and they feel it's not wrong to be sexually explicit to white female tourists. They think that these women are morally corrupt because they have free sex - especially those who travel with a male partner/friend-s and have the mindset that, "The lady is fucking the guy, so she should be okay with fucking me too."
If you noticed, often, the Indian heroine is often shown with more clothes than the white lady background dancers. It's obvious that moviemakers themselves think that foreign white women are ready for "everything." And they see a need to portray Indian women with more dignity than white women. This further ingrains the perception that white women have no honor and dignity.
It's very common to hate on Indian women wearing western clothes. They're deemed to spoil "Indian culture and good Indian women." White women who wear the saree are hailed and compared with Indian girls who wear western clothes and the latter is demeaned.
However, the respect white ladies get when they wear Indian cultural dresses don't extend when they visit India. They are still deemed "whores." The US, the UK, and Canada have issued caveats for women from their countries about traveling in India, citing safety concerns.
And of course, white skin. The Indian fetish for white skin for women in particular. That's why Amy Jackson could pass off as an Indian lady in Indian movies. So, seeing these white women is like a dream come true for these men.
Deny all you want but Indian movies influence Indians immensely and it doesn't help that the male actors are literal demigods. So far, I think only Madarasa Pattinam, Lagaan, Rang De Basanti, and RRR portrayed white women as humans with qualities such as a sense of justice, compassion, intelligence, and wit.
The rest were only used as props, including sleeping with the male lead until he falls in love with the Indian, sanskari heroine.
Indian men have been harassing Indian women online for the longest time. However all we did in response is block. When these guys who thought white women are easier to be sexually reined in and ask for pictures of their body online, the white women trolled and exposed them, unlike the Indian girls thinking about honor, shame, and victim blaming. These white women steamrolled, literally creating a meme culture centered around Indian men's behavior at them.
This white ladies bold attitude of not giving a damn is why Indian men working in western countries and their families look for young brides in India. Foreign women won't adjust and compromise. They won't be their husbands and their family's unpaid maids. In other words, they won't sacrifice themselves for anyone. Not a preferred bride candidate for Indian men and their families - too independent, too opinionated, too outspoken, too feminist, draws boundaries, prioritizes consent and me time, yadda, yadda.
